Cancellation Policy If you need to make changes to an appointment, please give me at least 48 hours notice. Any cancellations with less notice/no show will be charged the full price of the groom and will not be rebooked until the payment is made.
How long will the groom take? Bath appointments are allocated a one hour slot, and full grooms will be allocated a two hour slot. There will be a fee of £15 per 30 minutes over this time.
e.g. Short haired small dog bath would be £35 for the hour. If they take 1 hour 30 the price will increase to £50.
Drop off and pick up.If you arrive early to your appointment please wait outside until your appointment time (give me a message and if I can take your dog sooner I will). I am a 1-1 groomer so can’t have dogs overlapping.
I will send you a message 10-15 minutes before the groom is done so you know when to collect your dog, if you need more notice let me know.
Late pick ups will be charged an extra £5 per 10 minutes .
MattingIf your dogs coat is matted, it will be shaved off for the dogs welfare. There will be an additional fee of £15 on top of the groom price to cover the damage to blades.
Flea Policy If your dog has fleas, please contact me to reschedule the groom.
if during the groom fleas are found, there will be an additional fee of £30 on top of the groom price to cover the cost of a deep clean of the salon.
